Houston Cake Artist and Mother Of the Bride

Our first blog post is a story about beginnings.  The artist behind all of the designs that you see here started her vision to create wedding cakes over two decades ago.  Her designs span a wide range of celebrations but her truest passion lies in her wedding cakes.

This blog will be dedicated to all things unusually beautiful in the wedding arena.  From Real Weddings to Decorating and Style to Houston Vendor Gems and Behind the Scenes.  And what better way to start than with a story on a Real Wedding that Nancy was truly looking forward to: her first daughter’s wedding cake.

“It was particularly special consulting with my daughter and son in law, coming up with the perfect combinations of cake flavors, details, and colors, and finally making the cake with all the beautiful handcrafted accessories for their boho look.”  -Nancy

She captured perfectly the unconventional bohemian vibe that her daughter and son-in-law dreamed about.
